Labels and shipment
Label copy, barcode and artwork come from the brand owner. Mandatory information depends on the product rules. Check TİTCK for cosmetics and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for supplements. Ship-to address and delivery terms are written in the quote. Storage time and a named carrier are not promised here.

Quantity, who supplies the packaging materials, and whether the label file is ready all change the price. Put product type and estimated quantity on the quote form. See what to include in a quote request.
Questions
Can we ask only for label application?
That is separated in the quote. The page describes packaging and labeling together. A partial job needs its own confirmation.
Do you design the pack?
A design service is not published. You are expected to supply finished files unless the quote says otherwise.
